From @sirenbookstrand and Silke Ming #menage 'Theirs for the Taking'

Eden Stone, owner and CEO of Stone & Stone Architects, has head-hunted and hired the renowned architect Cody Stretton for his company. They have their initial meeting one night in one of the town’s swanky clubs, where Eden is immediately attracted to the voluptuous and beautiful bartender, Chelsea, unaware that she is Cody’s wife.
The Strettons have been married for ten years and have been look a partner to rejuvenate their sex life, but are wary of the town’s sex clubs. When Cody sees the amount of interest Eden is showing in his wife, he convinces her that Eden is their man, but there is a small problem. Eden is Cody’s boss and he knows that mixing business with pleasure is a risk. However, when Cody reveals their intentions to Eden, he finds the idea appealing and can’t wait to join them, but things take a surprising turn when the three lovers finally get together in the bedroom.

THEIRS FOR THE TAKING - EXCERPT
Under the shower, Eden thought about his life. He was a happy man. There were two people in his life that he loved and he wouldn’t have it any other way. This kind of relationship he hadn’t expected, but he had grown used to being in bed with Cody and Chelsea together. He had been attracted to Chelsea from the first moment he had laid eyes on her and he knew that she and Cody had been looking for a third person to share their bed. He imagined getting together with the two of them now and again, but it had turned out differently and he had no regrets. He had fallen in love with Chelsea, and something else had happened that he hadn’t expected. He had also fallen in love with the temperamental husband, Cody. Robin had been correct with her assessment of the problem that had existed in the household.
Cody was jealous of the attention that Eden showered on Chelsea, leaving him out in the cold. Cody too had also fallen in love with Eden, but in the last few months, things had definitely improved by leaps and bounds after that hot and steamy scenario in Eden’s office. Things had returned to normal at home and Chelsea was happy to see that her two men had put their differences behind them. They were sharing and enjoying each other’s bodies, but Eden still wasn’t ready to allow Cody to make that final step.

When he came from the shower, he could hear voices coming from downstairs. Cody and Chelsea were laughing and talking, and he smiled. A few months earlier, he had felt like the outsider in the relationship, but he had proved to them, especially when Chelsea was ill, that he was an asset in their union and not a liability. Showing his love for Cody had also calmed the winds that had buffeted around in the home, causing discord. He heard footsteps coming in his direction, and in his nakedness, he turned around and saw Cody standing at the bedroom door.
“That was a long shower,” he said. “I needed it. I feel alive again. Strange what a warm shower can do to the body. Where’s Chelsea?”
“She’ll be up in a minute.”
“It’s still early. What are we going to do with the rest of the evening?” Eden asked. “All I want to do is spend it with the people in my life.”
“I was thinking that we could go to a club and kick our heels up.”
“When was the last time you went to a club? You wouldn’t know what the inside of a club looked like if someone set you down in the middle of one,” Cody teased. “You know me better than that. After a long day, the only exercise I want is getting between the sheets with my loves.”
“I like the sound of that,” Cody said softly. “Why don’t we get a head-start before Chelsea comes up? Let me help you get out of those clothes,” a now-brazen Eden said.
Eden stood beside the nightstand, his hand on the drawer, watching him.
“Should I do a strip-tease to get you in the mood?” Cody asked. “I’m already in the mood,” Eden said, pulling open the nightstand drawer and noticing the pink handcuffs. He stared at Cody. He had thrown his clothes onto the armchair and stood before him, naked.
“Get on your back,” he ordered Cody.
Before he had a chance to think about Eden’s intentions, Eden had both hands bound to the brass headboard. Cody looked up at him, desire filling his eyes. “Don’t you look delicious,” he remarked, running his fingers up and down Cody’s thighs, and watched his cock lift. Cody’s fingers flexed in the handcuffs and he lifted head, his lips parted in anticipation. They were so involved with each other that they didn’t hear Chelsea enter. She stood there with a smile on her lips, watching them. Cody stared past Eden and their eyes met. Eden turned and beckoned to her, and she slowly walked over, standing a little way from the bed. Forgetting that he was bound to the headboard, Cody struggled to get up, only to rest his head back onto the pillow. Eden ran a finger slowly along Cody’s erect cock and watched as his muscles rippled in response.
“Take your clothes off,” Eden said to Chelsea. “Very slowly!”
As he stroked Cody’s cock, his gaze remained pinned on Chelsea. She unbuttoned her slacks and let them fall to the floor, and stepped out of them. Next, she removed the blouse, revealing the swell of her heavy breasts, and a tightness gripped Eden’s groin, bringing a groan from deep down in his soul. Her hands moved to her back to remove her bra, but he stopped her.
“I am always aroused by the female breast,” he said. “But yours do something strange to me. I can’t stay away from them.” He stepped away from the bed and as if in slow motion, moved toward her.

About Silke

I have always loved writing. I started out with poetry and then graduated to novels. Not a day goes by that I do not do some form of writing. I started out with romance novels two years ago, and have so far written seventeen of them.
I also try to read at least two books each month, thanks to the convenience of the E Reader which makes it easy to shop the bookstores from the comfort of one’s home.
In addition to my love of books, is my love of travel. Although my career was in travel, I am still bitten by the travel bug, and travel whenever I can. I have lived in The Caribbean, Italy, India and Germany, and now make Canada my home.
My other passions are travelling, gardening and cooking, and I consider myself a gourmet cook.
