Shifter, #rockstar looking for love #PNR #MWTease

This week's #MWTease is from Siren Publishing,
Cafe in the Park (A SirenBookstrand top 30 bestseller)

When Emily joins a dating agency, she never expects to meet someone like Chris. Everything she ever hoped for in a man, he’s special in more ways than one. Their intense attraction to each other is fueled by their shared loneliness. Will Emily find out his shocking secret when someone from his past comes back to haunt him?
How can love blossom, when someone is trying to tear them apart?

Chris hadn’t been with a woman for a very long time. His loneliness was crippling.
He talked with Art about his crushing need for love, for a woman in his life. His friend Art joked about dating agencies. Chris took it seriously.

Read the #MWTease
Chris stood by the duck pond for a few moments after he’d watched Emily walk off. She was pretty, and he liked the way she moved. His interest sparked by the sight of her, a pang of sorrow that he’d not approached her bit at him, and yet he felt vulnerable even in the dense shade of the trees at this end of the pond. The collar of his jacket was turned up, and his sunglasses were black frames with black lenses. The cuffs of his charcoal colored shirtsleeves came down over the backs of his hands, and he wore black leather boots under his dark denim jeans. A hot summer meant he needed to take extra care.
He stepped out of the shade for a few seconds to see Emily go around the corner at the end of the block. He checked no one was looking at him and accelerated into an incredible speed, reaching the sanctuary of his parked car across the street in seconds. He was inside behind the special glass of his windscreen when a wave of need overtook him and he covered his face with his hands. Long ago, he’d still been able to shed tears, now the weight of sadness bowed his head, and although he would like the luxury of tears to soothe the pain, he couldn’t shed them. Chris allowed himself the moment of grief and then started his car. He pulled out into the traffic and drove back to his palatial home in the hills.
His garage was integral and he drove straight into it. The house was built against a rock and partly within it. Chris enjoyed the cool air as he went into his favorite living quarters. Once in the vast room, he took off his jacket and boots and rolled up his sleeves. In one corner of the room stood his old leather sofa next to an array of lush plants, and in front of it, a water feature, sunk into the floor. Big colored fish swam in there among specially imported water plants. His favorite had big pink waxen flowers. He went to the kitchen down the hall for a glass of water and then padded back to his sanctuary. Chris sipped at his drink as he sat to watch the fish swim.
He’d started reading the personal column three years ago. He belonged to four different online dating agencies, every year joining a new one in his quest for someone to light up his lonely existence. This year, by chance, he’d joined the same one as Emily. It immediately matched him with her. Naturally, he had some random picture for his photograph. He’d acquired it from an online advertisement for software. The photo was nothing like him, but he couldn’t upload his real image. Not that he considered himself hideous. His instinct was not to post it.
Chris was astonished when he read that this new match wanted a man who could cry. It must be the same woman advertising in the magazine personal column he read and on the date matching website. Of course, he couldn’t cry now, but he wanted to, not only that, he desperately wanted to love and receive love. He’d spent so long without a lover he thought he might soon go mad with need. Chris was so old he’d forgotten his real age. He had so many memories, they crowded in on him, jostling for space in his brain until he blanked them out, determined to live each day as it came.

Her overwhelming regret is a mistake she made centuries ago when she chose not to transform her one true love, Jergan, into a vampire too. Donnatella’s choice has deprived her of the only true love she’s ever known. Stella Whitman has inherited her mother’s country home. When she finds it in utter disrepair, her cousin suggests that she call Men for Hire in search of a handyman. When he arrives, she’s somewhat shocked to find that his deep brown eyes and rugged good looks are giving her some very inappropriate thoughts.
Despite his instant attraction to Stella, Ian Starling has convinced himself that they need to keep things strictly professional. He’s been burnt before and has vowed never again. It becomes increasingly more difficult as he gets to know her, though. Then one rainy night changes everything…

  1. If you had a free day with no responsibilities and your only mission was to enjoy yourself, what would you do? That's part of what I enjoy so much about working for Jennifer at Men For Hire. I don't always have to work. If I need a day off, then I can usually take it with no problem. Hmm.. My ultimate day off? I'd probably take in a football game and then put in some hours working on my furniture building. I don't get to do that nearly enough.
  2. What impression do you make on people when they first meet you? How about after they’ve known you for a while? I'm a little quiet, so I think most people assume I'm either shy or not bright enough to handle much beyond manual labor. When they get to know me, I'd like to think they'll realize there's more to me. I like books, science, art, and film. I can hold up my end of a conversation. I'm a decent person, I'd say. And there's not nearly enough of that in the world.
  3. What’s your idea of a good marriage? Do you think that’ll happen in your life? Been there, done that. Failed miserably. I'm going to take a pass on this question.
  4. What are you most proud of about your life? Life hasn't always been kind. I think making it to the other side of those trials is what I'm most proud of.
- What sort of trials? Earlier, you mentioned marriage. That's probably the worst of it. I got married young. My ex decided after nearly ten years of marriage that she much preferred the me that didn't give a damn about money or bills or responsibility. It broke my heart.
- Are you still in love with her, then? Talk about getting right to it. Christ. But to answer your question, no. I think I just held on out of sheer stubbornness. We hadn't been right in a long time. I just wish she hadn't been so bloody brutal about ending things.
  1. What are you most ashamed of in your life? You're really into me talking about my feelings, aren't you? This goes back to the divorce, not to beat a dead horse too much. My parents were together for decades. Still are. I hate that I failed at that.
  2. If you could spend the day with someone you admire (living or dead or imaginary), who would you pick? My grandfather. He died a few years back. I miss him terribly.
  3. Do you think you’ve turned out the way your parents expected? Not sure. They never really pushed me to be any one thing. They were of the 'follow your heart' school. I'd like to think that they're pleased. I get the 'We're proud of you' bit a lot, but I think parents are required to say that stuff.
  4. What do you believe about God? What do you suppose God thinks of you? I'm not entirely convinced there's anything up there. I'm one of those that wants empirical evidence and I'm not likely to get it at this stage.
  5. Is there anything you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t done? What would happen if you did it? That's a tough question. I'm my own man, so I basically do whatever I want to. I've got nothing.
  6. What’s the worst thing that’s happened in your life? What did you learn from it? When I was sixteen, I was in a car wreck and broke both of my legs. My mate had been drinking at the time but like a dumb ass, I got in the car. Had a couple surgeries, and months of recovery. Drunk driving is stupid. We could have died. Never drive drunk. Never ride with anyone who's been drinking. That's what I learned.
  7. Tell me about your best friend. Probably my brother, Thomas. He's a year older than I am. Most weekends you can find me hanging out with him. We're either building something or watching some sort of sports. He's a good guy.
  8. What’s the worst thing you’ve ever done to someone? Why? I really don't recall doing anything that terrible to anyone. I'm kind of a pacifist, not to sound like a total pussy.
  9. What would you like it to say on your tombstone? He lived before he died.
  10. Describe your ideal mate. She'd be beautiful, of course. Not just on the outside. The inside too. Smart, funny, motivated. Maybe someone who's the creative sort. Someone who could offset my seriousness.
  11. What are you most afraid of? Not finding anyone to settle down with. I want what my brother and his wife have. What my parents have. I'd love to find it. I'm being much more particular about it this go-round, though.
  12. What’s the most important thing in your life? What do you value most? My family. They're important to me.
  13. What do you like best about yourself? Least? My ability to adapt. The other side of that, though, is that I never have to truly make a decision. I can just sort of let things happen as they may and then deal with the fall out.
  14. How do you feel about your life right now? What, if anything, would you like to change? It's a good life, for the most part. A little bit lonely. I'd like to meet someone, but lately I've been working so much that it's been hard to even date. Maybe I should devote myself to that more.
  15. Are you lying to yourself about something? What is it? A number of things, probably. The bad thing about denial is that you never realize you're in it until you're out of it.
  16. What trait do you most deplore in others? Liars. I can't stand them. I prefer the honest truth, even if it's ugly.

 'An Unusual Vacation'
set to release from Evernight this October

Dominic surfaced from sleep later than he normally would. Total happiness filled his heart as he felt Michelle alongside him, her hand on his hip. This is so great. I can’t ever remember sex being so good. The second I kiss her, I want to sink my cock in that wet little pussy of hers. A sigh escaped him. He closed his eyes to better recall the way it felt when he thrust into her. His cock, already with a morning erection, pulsed.

WARNING:
ELECTRIFYING ORGASMS!!!
NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART

Miami Rattlers Cheerleader Cherie Redd is exquisitely beautiful, athletic, and very, very lonely. Romance: a puzzling phenomenon she figured had something to do with guys' fear of rejection or lack of self-confidence because they just didn't have what it takes to win someone like Cherie.
Titillatingly sexy and breathtakingly beautiful, Cherie and her other cheerleading friends often spent their lonely Saturday nights lamenting their beauty and available just for the asking. The prettiest single women around: lonely, loveless and forlorn.
Frustrated by too many quiet nights at home or with other cheerleaders, Cherie was oh-so-eager for romance and a man to seduce her lavishly. She wanted to feel what a real orgasm in the arms of an adoring man was like once again. So, she tucked her vibrator away and took to the Internet. Cherie had no clue how rapidly the seduction would begin or where her life would careen as a result. Painfully naive and overwhelmed by admirers before her spinning head cleared, Cherie was learning things her momma never even knew enough to warn her about.
Follow Cherie and her friends as their sexual scoreboards light up brighter than in any stadium as their downward spiral introduces them to hot ménage sex, perversion and degradation.
Or does it?

As the evening darkened into night, the lights of Miracle Mile slowly came on, one-by-one, to welcome the late comers to the Strip. They were clearly interested in one another, their eyes locked in a magnetic embrace. Her emerald eyes lost their golden flecked luster to a dark, nighttime desire, matching Juan’s. Their hands touched often, fingertips communicating the messages lovers speak that only they can hear. Cherie, thinking the better of the two with the most to lose, excused herself to the ladies room.
There was a fiery feeling building up a steam that needed expression and release. In the restroom stall, Cherie raised her dress and put her hand up her thigh. She moved her red thong out to the side as she searched for her honey spot, now wet and eager. She knew this would not take long; so much emotion had burned through her already tonight.  Her head relaxed to the wall and she began to finger herself rapidly as she thought about Juan holding his cigar and the size of his hands. God, but he was handsome, tall and virile. She wondered about his cock. Was he circumcised or did he have a turtleneck sweater? She smiled and released a slight giggle. Was he long, thin, short, thick, wide and flat, bushy or trimmed?  How did he smell: like a warm musky forest after a light rain or like boot leather? Did he like briefs or boxers?  Oh, God, maybe a thong… Oh God, oh God, maybe he was wearing a thong now, or nothing! She could feel the earlier tension redirecting energy to her clit as she became more and more aroused at the thought of Juan’s cock.  She was adept at fingering herself and she wasted no energy now.  She began to moan and move with the rhythm of her hand and fingers.  She released her neck muscles and her head rolled from shoulder to shoulder.  She could feel it all over now, everywhere.  She was electrified, getting wetter with each stroke. Damn, she wished she had her finger vibrator, but she only carried it when she travelled. She would have to rethink that strategy another time.
She moaned, gyrated, clinched and quivered.  She moved in harmony with her passion, with the ebb and flow of her pulse. Her eyes closed floating in the image of Juan, and then she raised her foot to the seat in the stall.  She spread her legs giving her hand full open access: oh, what a vision she must have been.  She was hot, looked sublime, and coming soon in her red silk undies.  Her thong and garter belt pushed aside, she tormented her clit and pussy.  Aware that people looked at her as if they wanted her made her feel better and gave her an emotional edge. She pretended Juan was looking at her now in the same way.
She began to come in her hand: two fire-red tipped fingers plunged inside of her pussy and her red-tipped thumb found the pink pearl of her existence.  She worked herself into frenzied hot passion as she imagined Juan kissing her, holding her breasts, pinching her nipples, bending to suck her aureole and bite her nipples.  Her hardened nipples stretched and made an appearance under her tight fully
fitted dress.  God!  Oh, oh, oh, oh, ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh, God and she released a moan with her breath as she gripped her thighs tightly together, pushed, quivered, contracted and came.  She stood like that for a few seconds then relaxed as she rotated her head and released her neck muscles.  She felt like a new woman: a woman that knew she should be headed home before her quality time with the man at hand, Juan, turned into quality debauchery.
Cherie emerged from the ladies’ room looking like a redheaded goddess, to Juan’s eye. It was a wonder to him what women could do to themselves in a few short minutes to freshen up.  Begging the late hour and an early call tomorrow, Cherie left after the next glass of wine and a penetrating kiss promised more to come.

From November Siren release, #paranormal #suspense 'Captive Wolf' it's #MWTease

MWTease is hosted by Sandra Bunino
Today's tease is from 'Captive Wolf' paranormal suspense set to release from Siren in November

Read the tease

Ryder dozed fitfully, suddenly jerking fully awake at the sound of the bolts and lock opening on the door behind him. He stared ahead hoping it was the young woman and not one of the hunters back to break his spirit further trying to force him to shift.

The young woman passed him as the door closed with a creak. She placed a tray on the table and dropped a bottle of water she’d had clasped between her arm and upper body into her hands, catching it and uncapping it as she came toward Ryder. She levelled her blue eyes on him.
“You look a little better. Not much, but in less pain. Are you?”

Ryder struggled to take a breath to answer. The chest straps still pressed too much to take more than a shallow breath. “Not really.”

She let him drink and then put the bottle on the table. As she crossed the room back to him, her expression held sympathy. “I’m going to do something for you, but you have to promise me you’ll not try to escape. There’s a man with a rifle outside the door and although he’ll not kill you, he will lame you, and that will be very bad. Promise?”

Ryder slumped, dispirited. He didn’t want to promise this kind young woman he wouldn’t try to escape, because he’d told himself that at the first opportunity he would. It had kept him going through the early days and nights of torture before he was too injured to think straight.

She touched his arm lightly. “Please, because I’m longing to ease more of your pain.”

#TeaserTuesday from romantic paranormal suspense releasing October and November from Siren

Eden used a fierce tone. “Guess what buddy, I’ve decided to spare your life, but only if you fuck the hell off as fast as you can back to wherever you came from. Make up some story as to why another hunter stole your prey, and your dog, or forget the whole thing. It’s not like you want to tell this tall tale at the next branch dinner. The keys are on the passenger seat. There’s another hunter with a sniper rifle and the sight aimed at your head. If you take this blindfold off before five minutes are up you’re dead. I reckon myself to be one of the best hunters around, and if I hear any tales being bandied around about this incident, or the woman you fuckwits mistook for a wolf, I’ll hunt you down and slit your throat. Oh, and by the way, I took a look at your driver’s license and I know where you live. Never come back. Get it?”

The complete POSSESSED series, now available in one bundle!
Possessed - Part One
My boss is an asshole.
I’d take off my heels and throw them at his face, if they weren’t so expensive.
Why? Because my boss, the sexy, billionaire bad boy Leo King, wants me to be his wife.
That’s right. His wife. Except, it isn’t real. It’s all pretend so his family believes it, and I’m supposed to go along with it.
Asshole doesn’t even begin to describe him, and it’s only going to get worse. Especially because his cocky attitude and sudden interest in my private life make it difficult to concentrate on something other than his sexual innuendos. I always do what he wants, and we both know it. It’s not like I have a choice. Agree or get fired.
I’m going to need a drink … Or twenty.
Possessed - Part Two
I thought it couldn't get any worse when my boss, the billionaire bad boy Leo King, blackmailed me into becoming his fake wife. Turns out he has secrets up his sleeve that put a whole new spin on the word douchebag.
Not only did he put my job on the line, my heart has now also become his playground. He seduced me once, but I refuse to fall for his lies again.
If only I had enough chocolate to distract me from his sexy presence. Something tells me he won't give up the fight to claim me again.
Is he really only into one-night stands or is he lying to get into my pants? Only one way to find out ... Time to buy more booze.
Possessed Part Three
My boss, the billionaire bad boy Leo King, not only tricked me into being his fake-wife, but the dirty secret he's been keeping from me is now also exposed.
I can't believe I fell for his lies, and worse, I still want him. He says he loves me, but does that fix everything?
The joke is on me. His crazily hot presence is impossible for me to deny. Fighting temptation or risking it all; the choice is simple, but the consequences are tough.
However, when new revelations threaten to break us apart, there is only one thing I can do: Stock up on chocolate and sit this fucker out until the end.

EXCERPT

“Fuck, I want you so fucking much,” he murmurs against my lips. “I hate you …” I murmur. He chuckles against my mouth. “I know you do. You hate that you want me so much, even though I’m a fucking bastard.” His lips linger on mine. “Nothing’s going to stop me from loving you, though. I want you too much.” “Me, too …” I can’t even pronounce words properly. I’m consumed by his tantalizing mouth, wanting it all over my body. It’s never enough. His filthy mouth, dirty mind, and sexual appetite are just the kind I’m looking for. As rough, hotheaded, and dominating as Leo King is, he’s exactly what I need. “God, you taste so good, Sam,” he murmurs. “I should’ve done this ages ago.” His words are like chocolate to me—sweet, delicious, and addicting. For a moment, he takes his lips off me, and then he presses the intercom button. “Take us to my place.” I don’t even bat my eyes as he moves in for the kill again. I can ignore my needs all I want, but that’s the truth. I want him so badly that he intoxicates me. Especially when he pushes me to the window with his body, cornering me. My breathing falters as his kisses grow deeper, leaving my lips to occasionally peck my chin and neck. One of his hands is on my waist, the other cups my face while he kisses me senseless. My fingers are entangled in his hair, pulling him closer with each kiss. It’s getting so hot in here that the windows are fogging up. I don’t even notice when the limo comes to a stop.

8 sentence #ScintillatingSunday

The bottom of a swirling black tattoo peeked out from under one sleeve of his T-shirt and as he’d hunkered down, she caught a glimpse of another pattern low on his stomach. Temptation clawed at her. She imaged tracing her finger down the pattern into his jeans, and contacting the delicious erection she knew he’d tried to hide. The thought forced her nipples to peak even in the warmth of the day.
He’d stared at her with such frank desire and sexual need in his eyes it made her pussy clench. She’d almost reached out and run her hand along his delicious jaw when he squatted close to her. Whoever he was she wanted to know him. She wanted him in a way she’d never experienced.

Lipstick from the  series: The Black Dress Chronicles
a Romance on the Go fromEvernight Publishing
Paranormal Erotic Romance

Black Dress Chronicles, 1
The perfect shade of lipstick can lead to the perfect opportunity for sin…
When living-challenged author Claire Presswood gets invited to go on a night out on the town with her two best friends, she isn't prepared for the evening that awaits her. Hungry and overworked, she arrives at a masked party at an art museum in time to meet debonair artist Maxwell Douglas. One look from his luminous eyes and Claire knows this will be a night to remember.

Be Warned: light BDSM, spanking, sex toys
 Read a naughty excerpt
“What would you like to see first?” Maxwell's eyes resumed their fiery trail down my body.
“How about that spanking bench?” I smiled, letting him lead the way.
He led me to it and I leaned forward onto the padded seat, deliberately giving him a stellar view of my backside. Rachel was right about the dress. It was perfect.
“Is this right?” I feigned ignorance, waggling my ass in the air.
He moved behind me and as I arched my back in a provocative pose. He sucked in his breath. “Yes. I'd say that's just about perfect.” He pressed his erection against my ass, grinding it against me.
I moaned deep in my throat, sure that this had to be some kind of dream. Moisture pooled in my slit and hunger clawing at my insides. A low keening growl escaped my lips and I froze.
 Bad zombie.
He reached around and kissed me, his breath falling short as he took in the slight glow of my eyes.
“Exactly.” He opened my mouth, sliding his tongue against mine, urging me to respond.
I accepted the challenge, savoring his mouth. His scent was earthy and his essence made me want to devour him.
He broke the kiss and leaned back, his gaze meeting mine.
“God, my palm itches to spank you,” he breathed, reaching for an errant curl that had fallen across my face. “You are intoxicating.”
I took his hand and placed it on my breast, eager and more than ready. I turned in his arms and pushed my ass alongside the erection straining against his trousers. I imagined it inside me, pressing in even closer.
“I want you,” I breathed.
“Well then, there is just one little thing we need to remedy.” Maxwell's voice was low as he ran his hand in a light trail down my spine.
“Really? What's that?” I shivered as his hand traced lines down my body.
“The dress. It has to go.”
“Ummm.” I lifted my arm and his hand found the zipper. As he slowly moved it down, the dress loosened and he pulled it over my head. Clad in the thong, lacy-topped black thigh-highs, and shiny black stilettos, the chill of the room had fine goosebumps erupting all over my skin. My nipples pebbled with the delicious blend of cold and desire and maybe just a little fear. This man could do anything to me and who was to say the woman in his pictures upstairs was even alive?
The danger sped up my heart and made my juices flow.
