Drew ran down the two flights of stairs to the enormous kitchen. The strong aroma of coffee greeted him.
Marianne was already at work in one corner, weighing, mixing, stirring, and filling the colored vials for the shop. She bent over the table. Her shapely ass clothed in denim shorts immediately captured his attention. Sexual need slammed into him. His stomach clenched and his cock jerked. The spasm completed his erection. Drew’s gaze roamed over her shapely thighs—the way a V-shaped space formed between them at the top, the soft part at the bottom of her ass…
I could slide my fingers into that space. A handful of that ass is just what I need. Damn, she’s my oldest friend, and—not interested.
He turned and ran back up the stairs. His cock strained behind his zipper. He hadn’t reached the sanctuary of his own bedroom before he opened his jeans and sheathed his erection in one hand. He closed the bedroom door already gasping, working his cock to orgasm. He leaned on the door and gave himself what he knew he must. The orgasm ripped through him and buckled his knees. He slid down the door, his T-shirt rumpling up at the back, but catching on his chest muscles at the front, his breathing heavy. Fucking hell…Drew squatted there to calm himself. Sometimes the peace of having an orgasm didn’t last long these days, and he’d be looking forward to the next in minutes.
Drew stood and strode to his bathroom. He cleaned up and looked into the mirror again. Get a fucking grip. With that thought, he walked over to his bedroom window, a wide double door that led to a balcony. It was still early enough for the street below to lack the throng of tourists, or the writhing participants of a festival. Drew leaned on the pale green wrought iron balustrade and looked down. He’d fucked a young woman against the rail two nights ago. He pictured her hanging onto the rail moaning, as he fucked her from behind. Drew shook his head, trying to clear it. They love it … they always come … I’m tender … caring…He left the balcony and went slowly down the stairs to the kitchen.
Empty now of the enticement that was Marianne, Drew poured a cup of coffee and wandered over to check out the diary. They had a tour to conduct at midday in the cemetery. It would be full of potential conquests, young women throwing caution to the wind as they vacationed in the warm, historic city. Lovely sexy women in tiny shorts, or dresses that floated to the floor, as he took them off, they never said no to him. They sometimes asked to see him again, but no way was he going there. No woman wants to know she’s a one-night stand, a fuck. He’d smile his charming smile, nod a little, and tell them he’d find them. He knew the vague promise was enough in the heady atmosphere of New Orleans.
Drew sat down heavily on one of the carved wooden kitchen chairs. Lots of the furniture was antique. Marianne’s mom had left her not just the shop, but also the house, and everything in it. Her mom had provided the recipes for the spells they sold to tourists. These days, they sold other things too, Tie-dyed silk scarves, candles, watercolor paintings by some of the local artists, trinkets, and they conducted “spooky tours.”
Drew and Marianne had known each other since they met in junior high school. When he came home from NYU with degrees in music technology, she was there to welcome him. A frown creased his forehead. Was I addicted to sex then? I can’t remember it. When did it first start? He threw the remains of his coffee in the sink and placed the cup in the dishwasher. Maybe Marianne knows … maybe she noticed.

“The kiss on the bridge took my breath away. I can’t wait to hold you naked in my arms.” New release #gayromance #MMromance

Teaser this week is from last week's MMromance release
The Dreamboat
So if you love a sizzling tale of manlove with a fantasy edge and a touch of menage, do check it out

Indigo’s heartbeat hammered as he left Darian standing on the bridge. He passed the small marquee striped with vivid orange and lemon and glanced at the canvas door flapping in the night breeze. He’d checked the tent the first time he’d made his rounds. It had been used to sell cold drinks, and the re-cycle box was full of hard plastic tumblers and glass bottles. The temptation to look back at Darian tugged at him, but he strode on, determined to finish his work and then take pleasure in the hunk’s company. I never expected that … for him to be there … or for him to want me. I hope he wants more than just a quick fuck. He’s so hot, and beautiful. I already want him badly. There was no way I could resist him. That kiss was delicious. Stars, my cock’s aching. Maybe he stopped me in my spell because he’s attracted to me. Maybe he saw the relentless desperate longing in my eyes. A smile spread on Indigo’s lips as he made a little fun of his need for love.

Despite his continual checking of the time, the rest of the night’s work flew by and Indigo made his way to his skeeter. He saw Darian standing at the entrance to the skeeter park. His heart gave a huge thud in his chest and then beat so fast Indigo was out of breath when he came to a halt beside his intended lover.

Darian’s happy smile of greeting brought an instinctive smile to Indigo’s lips in response.
“You’re here.” Darian’s low voice sent thrills of pleasure coursing over Indigo’s stomach.

“Yes, of course.” Indigo couldn’t say more. A surge of desire for hunky Darian made him bizarrely nervous. He stood before the man he’d craved at first sight.

Darian gazed at him with eyes reflecting lust and admiration. “I want you to know before you take me to the Dreamboat, I’m inexperienced and it’s been some time since I did this.”

Tenderness in his voice, Indigo tried to reassure Darian. “I’ll enjoy your company no matter what.”

Darian’s dark blue gaze traveled down Indigo’s body and rested for long moments on the growing bulge in his pants. “The kiss on the bridge took my breath away. I can’t wait to hold you naked in my arms.”

Indigo’s cock hardened even more and he whispered, “Then we both feel the same. Come on, let’s get out of here.”

Darian strode alongside him to the skeeter.

Indigo unlocked it with a wave of his hand and the doors lifted.

“Hop in, Darian.” Happiness rose as he said the name. He smiled to himself as he sat in the pilot’s seat and closed the doors. That felt right, as if we’re together … long-term lovers. I’d like that … very much.

Hanging out for summer with @Evernightpub #menage romance for #MWTease

When lifelong friends Nate and Evan watch the arrival of a new neighbor, they never expect to find their friendship rocked by the lovely Annabel who moves into the empty house next door.
Annabel likes both Nate and Evan the moment she meets them. As they all grow close, will she be forced to choose between these gorgeous men?

Read the #MWTease
The Saturday morning sun blazed in the June sky. Heat shimmered off the sidewalk. Nate and Evan were the only people out in their front yards. The noise of their work tools were the only sounds, as not even the seagulls that often wheeled overhead ventured from the cool of the ocean yet.
Nate and Evan’s house was one of the largest in the rows of three story houses built along the river in a modern development unimaginatively called Riverside Mews. Narrow lanes that led to the river path separated the rows. Somehow, patches of white sand always settled on the paths, though the nearest beach was a mile away. Each house had its own river access, through a gate at the end of the back yard to a riverbank public path, but there was no boat access, no jetties. The public path wound along by the river from the seaside town close by and on into the countryside. The house to the right of Nate and Evan’s place was occupied by a small family, but the house to the left had been empty and for sale all year.
The roar of a large van engine broke the hot, morning silence as it turned into the street and thumped over each speed hump in the road, until it drew up in front of the empty house next door.
Nate gave the van a cursory glance, but Evan leaned on his spade and watched as two men leapt out of each side of the van. He read the name of a removal firm and their logo emblazoned across the side of the vehicle and discovered it was from a city in the north of the state. It piqued his interest, so he continued with his unashamed staring.
The men who’d alighted from the cab walked to the back of the van and opened its double doors, just as a pale blue, old model Mustang drove up and parked a short distance away.
A young woman got out of the Mustang.

 HOP to the next #MWTease

Tuesday and there's a teaser from one of my WIPs for #midweektease, bring on summer sun and hot romance

Her room was on the third floor. It provided a balcony that overlooked the pool below and the warm, aqua ocean beyond. Samantha opened the sliding glass door and walked onto the balcony. A tiny, white metal table and two folding chairs were placed close to the rail and a lush broad-leaved plant grew in a massive terracotta pot next to the door.

She hung over the rail and took in the scene below. Bronzed people lay stretched out on the gaudy loungers that the hotel provided. A few striped sun umbrellas flapped in the soft breeze. Even from her vantage point on the third floor, the distinctive smell of coconut oil, and other exotic suntan lotions wafted by. The atmosphere was warm, exciting, and pungent with promise.

Samantha turned to go back into her room and saw him. About a meter away on the balcony for the adjacent room, a man stood silently staring down at the pool. Samantha took in his gorgeous profile, his dark hair, falling attractively over his forehead, his perfect nose and jaw, his muscular body shown off perfectly in his low riding shorts. He had a Celtic design tattoo on the top of his arm. It looked incredibly sexy, a short sleeve of swirling ink on his muscular arm.

She paused to stare at him.

He looked her way.

She saw his eyes were dark blue.

He held her stare and something passed between them, a silent appraisal of each other.

Hop to the next tease:

It's time to be teased, #MidWeekTease today incorporates the cover reveal for 'Candy Hearts', FEB 14 Valentine's Day release from Hot Ink Press

Tom found a new job, but can he find love?

Working in a surf coast hotel seems like the remedy for his previous unhappiness, but as Valentine’s Day approaches, Tom realizes he’s lonely, and looks around for someone to love.
Read the tease;

She whispered. “I have to work. Do you?”

He kissed her softly. “Yes, and I think it might be getting late. I want to see you again soon, will you come into the hotel tonight after you finish work. About seven, I’ll have a half-hour break. I work in one of the back bars today so it’s very civilized. Will you?”

Tom felt good. The best he’d felt in a long time. It wasn’t in his nature to fuck and run. He liked Serena a lot. He thought she was holding something back, but it wasn’t something sexual. She was gorgeous, sexy, soft, kissable, and he wanted to know her. He waited for her to answer before he moved.

“I don’t finish work until nine tonight. Do you have a later break?”

“We’re looked after well at the hotel. I get another half-hour at ten-thirty because we open until one. Music night,” he explained, and smiled as he lifted a handful of her hair to let it slip between his fingers.

Serena reached up to trace her fingers down his cheek. “I can make ten-thirty. Now I have to shower and change. There’s another bathroom along the landing, if you want to shower before you leave. I’m sorry to rush.”

Tom nodded. “I get it. I have to rush too.” He kissed her lips again, lingering on her delicious mouth, not wanting their closeness to end.

They parted and got out of bed, one on each side of it. Serena went through to her bathroom. Tom, remembering his clothes were downstairs, ran down, and picked them up before dashing along the landing to the bathroom.

They met again in the kitchen where Tom sat on a chair to put his boots on.

Serena made instant coffee and they sipped a few mouthfuls before Tom left.

She kissed him at the front door.

He smiled as he ran down the steps to his car.
