He pulled her closer, craving her kiss. He didn’t have to wait.
Emily pressed close, offering her lips.
The kiss connected them again as nothing else could.
He let go of her hand to hold her head, deepening his kiss, trying to tell her how much he loved her. Soft lips, the feel of her nose against his, her cheek, her tongue meeting his, his breath leaving him, his eyes closed as lust mingled with love and hardened his cock.
When he stopped to breathe, she smiled, her face still close to his.

Zach gave her a look filled with amusement. “You’ll be safe I promise. Come on, it’s late, and it’s cold now the rain’s stopped. Get on. It’s a comfy bike.”
Erin wanted to be with him. She wanted to sit behind him and hold his waist. She wanted to press against him. “Okay, but I want you to have the helmet. It looks way too big for me anyway.”
He smiled an alarmingly charming smile. He turned a little to hold her arm and helped her get on the bike. He told her where to put her feet.
“Okay, where to?”
“Primrose Cottage, it’s the last place on the lane.”
Zach put his helmet on the handle bar. “If anything happens we’ll have the same chance. I know the cottage. I’ve passed it. Hold onto me tight and we’ll be there in a flash.”
Erin put her arms around him and snuggled into his back. Her skirt rode up her thighs and she felt the leather seat against them. The whole thing was bizarrely sexy. She wondered if he thought that too. They didn’t go fast, but they were in front of her cottage very quickly. Zach stopped the bike and then looked around at her, turning so that his hip brushed between her legs.
She let go of him.
He gazed at her for a moment.
“My sister told me your name. I’ll walk you to the door, Erin.” He got off the bike by swinging his leg over the front.
His words registered. The young woman she’d thought was his girlfriend was his sister. Hope filled her heart. Erin saw him look intently at her with her skirt up around the top of her thighs and her legs wide open for a few seconds, and then he’d picked her up by the waist and set her on the sidewalk.

“Thank you,” she mumbled, tugging at the hem of her skirt.

#MWTease Who or what is Owen Sheringham? #erotic #romance

Mid Week Tease comes to you today from
The Old Star
When Cathy Faraday goes out from her office to buy morning tea, a set of circumstances send her on a different route from the one she would normally take. Waiting on a street unknown to her is a house. Old and left to fade away the house looks shabby against its neighbors. The whole row of houses are now offices and Cathy sees a ‘for let sign’ outside the place. Something draws her to the house. Someone watches from the third floor window.
Cathy applies to rent the building to expand her dating agency business. As she begins to make it ready, the house reveals its secrets.
Erotic romance, with a twist of paranormal, set in contemporary England this story will haunt you.

The Tease:

In the first few passages of time that he existed Owen tried hard to get someone’s attention, and then he realized no one could see him. He tried to open the windows, but they were stuck fast, and the most horrible thing of all was if he kicked at them or tried to break them they shimmered away as if they were a mirage. He never saw Nate again and he discovered his cell phone never had a signal.
He was terrified for what felt like a long time and then one day he broke down and cried. He hadn’t seemed to exist for a little while after that because the next time he found himself painting, the trees in the garden on the other side of the square were blossoming. Some kind of peace had descended on him and he just painted.
It came as a complete shock when Cathy Faraday walked in, but he’d covered it up. He’d wanted to tell her what happened to him, but knew she might run thinking him a lunatic or worse. Owen sighed then as he stood up again. The shadows were lengthening and he knew that might mean he’d sleep or whatever else he did that he couldn’t remember. He felt afraid again now he’d seen Cathy Faraday. Somehow, that strange peace had gone, and he felt as afraid as he had in the early part of being there.
Owen pictured Cathy Faraday. He liked her elfin face and big green eyes. He recalled her as best he could and thought that if he’d met her under normal circumstances he would have gone after her, asked for a date, got to know her, taken her to bed. Owen was thinking those thoughts when the sun went down and he disappeared.

READ an EXCERPT:

Jesus, he should be looking for this Detective Lopez, but his body screamed for this woman. He fought the urge to fidget, cursed the hours he had been working, unable to get any kind of companionship. He would have to work quick and then find Charlie. “I’m Agent Rossi with the FBI.” He leaned against the desk, gave her the look that had gotten him into pants faster than any of his college buddies, and held out a hand. She looked at his palm as if it were a serpent ready to strike.
“And? How can I help you, Agent Rossi?” She rose from her chair and crossed her arms under her breasts. He tried—and failed—to ignore how the movement pushed her plentiful mounds up toward her chin.
Ooookkkayy.
He pulled his hand back and ran it through his hair.
Bad move! The stench coming from under his arm made him wince.
“Look, I know you probably have things to do,” he said.
She nodded, brows lifted to her hairline, as if saying “no shit.” He went on, “But I do need to find Detective Lopez. You’d be a real sweetheart if you could point me in his direction. I’m here on a case and I don’t know…maybe after I’m done briefing him, you’d like to have dinner with me? That is, if you’re not busy?”
The contortion of her brows twisted before a sly smile spread.
“You’re looking for Charlie, huh?”
Someone groaned, and Trent glared over his shoulder, perplexed. The heavyset guy in need of Tide shook his head and looked away. Irritated at the interruption and apparent lack of man code, Trent turned his attention back to the cute little female.
He nodded. “Yeah.”
The woman shifted and sat in the chair with purposeful, slow movements. She set one foot on the desk, crossed a long leg over the other. Each action played out in slow motion through his lust-filled brain. He shifted, his focus glued to the smooth expanse of a jean-covered thigh, and stepped closer.
Hummidy, hummidy, hummidy.
“And why is it you need Charlie?” The woman ran a hand up the outside of her leg and his attention followed it. His mouth went dry.
“Umm, a case.”
“A case?”
“Yeah.” When silence met him, he realized what was happening. You didn’t have to go through interrogation and interview classes in order to figure it out. He was being led. His gaze snapped to hers, except this time, her face did not look friendly. If the hardening of her mouth was any indication, she looked pissed. And he’d been totally caught just checking her out.
Resigned, he let out a breath.
“Yeah, a case. Look, I’m sorry for all—” He waved a hand between them. “This. Could you just point me in the direction of Detective Lopez?”
Her hard mouth softened and she stood from her chair again, lips turning up at the corners. Leaning in to him, her scent surrounded him and he got a whiff of coconut.
His gaze tracked along her face, and dropped to her shirt, which parted as she leaned forward. He about choked as he tried to swallow, his mouth dry as the Arizona desert.
“Well, Agent Rossi.”
Lean forward a little more, please.
“If you could stop staring at my tits for all of two seconds, then I’ll tell where you can find Detective Lopez.”
The noisemaker behind him let out a strangled cough.
He snapped his regard up to hers. Hazel eyes blared with anger. Crap.
“Shit, I’m sorry. Seriously, it has been a long damn day. If you’d just tell me where he is, Miss?” He raised his brows, wanting her name. Good Lord, he wanted her name.
She smiled sweet, the transformation of her face a thing of beauty. “It’s Detective.”
He raised a brow, a sick feeling creeping up his spine. “Detective?” he croaked.
The smile spread to her eyes. “Yes, and to not only help you, but to also answer your question, it’s Detective Lopez. How can I help you, Agent Rossi?”
The noisemaker behind him snorted out a laugh.

All the sex you can...wait that's not right...#MySexySaturday must have sexy kisses today

The My Sexy Saturday brief is for seven words, sentences or paragraphs, but that is so hard to stick to with modern editing. I'm sure you'll forgive me for this estimate excerpt from

Candy Hearts

Serena gazed into his eyes. She saw a little sadness, a little hope. His light blue eyes were eloquent. She liked that. He was easy to read. She knew his good looks had attracted her in the first place. He was very appealing and just her type. Now it seemed to her that he was ideal. He was intelligent and not afraid to change his life. She was out to get him. She wanted him. She leaned forward and kissed him.

He responded immediately.

The kiss was delicious.
He slid his hand along her neck and it sent her spiraling into sexual need.

Serena couldn’t draw back from the kiss and she let go of his hand to hold his head for more kisses. She enjoyed the melting feeling in the bottom of her stomach and the rush of wet in her pussy. A throb went through her clit as Tom traced the tip of his tongue against her lips. Her nipples reacted, hardening as she opened her mouth and put her tongue to his.

His touch was gentle on her neck, but left streaks of sensation as he moved his fingertips away.

“Thank you for coming here tonight.” His voice was husky.

A smile came to her lips as she thought I actually might come right now you’re so sexy.

“I’d love to meet you when you finish work, and have you go home with me again, or we could go to your place.”

Tom nodded slightly and quickly kissed her again.
“That will be perfect. How about you choose where we go.”

Serena smiled. He was still letting her lead the pace. “We’ll go to your place.”

The half hour was just about up.
Tom took her hand again and kissed her fingertips.

From, The Summer Heat

When lifelong friends Nate and Evan watch the arrival of a new neighbor, they never expect to find their friendship rocked by the lovely Annabel who moves into the empty house next door.

Annabel likes both Nate and Evan the moment she meets them. As they all grow close, will she be forced to choose between these gorgeous men?

Evan watched her go and when she’d gone into her house, he let out a low whistle.
“She flirted with me. Did you see that, Nate? She kept looking at me and licking her lips.”

Nate stared at him for a moment.
“She looked right into my eyes, with meaning, when I said we’d go round for a drink. I actually felt it in my stomach. She’s hot. I might ask her out.”

Evan frowned as he felt a twinge of annoyance. “I might ask her out. We’ll have to share her. ”

Nate burst out laughing. “Let’s get this tree stump dealt with and then we can go around to her place and make ourselves indispensable.”

Serena opened her eyes and checked on Tom. She signed with pleasure, reliving making love to him that night. The sight of his naked body as he undressed was shockingly sexy. He was hard and muscular, all male and so tempting it was hard not to dive on him and lick him all over. She shifted carefully and kissed him softly by the side of his mouth.

Tom stirred and caught her head to his, moving his face to kiss her on the lips.
She kissed him back gently and laid her head on his shoulder.
Tom put his arm around her.
Serena heard his breathing change. He’d fallen asleep again.

Wednesday is book hook day and I'm revealing the cover for The Flower Box, my next release with Hot Ink Press, #MFRWhooks

Alice longs for love. Oliver wants to give her flowers and candy until he thinks she has another lover. Will his jealously drive him away from Alice or straight into her arms?

Read the hook excerpt:

Alice’s assistant gave a low whistle as Oliver left the shop. She went to stand next to Alice and they both watched Oliver as he passed the big windowpane. It wasn’t easy because of the light inside and almost dusk out, but they both stared.

“Wow, where did he come from? I’ve not seen a guy as gorgeous as him in a long time.” Her assistant made a face at Alice, which she interpreted as conveying huge appreciation of the man who’d just bought flowers.

Alice took a deep breath and let it out in a sigh. “He’ll be married. Probably have three kids. The flowers are for his wife, for sure. No one like him will be single. You’re right, Joyce, he’s gorgeous. Made me tremble, looking at me with those lovely blue eyes. I could barely tie the flower bunch for staring at his mouth. I hope he didn’t notice. He took off quickly, probably thought I was about to fall at his feet. Look he left his change.” She opened her hand to show Joyce the coins.

Joyce pursed her lips. “Maybe he was just in a hurry. Give it to me I’ll put it in the charity collection.” She held her hand out and Alice put the money into her palm.

She watched as Joyce fed the coins into the animal shelter’s collection box.

“It would be so nice to have someone like him to go home to.” Her voice was wistful as she walked past Joyce and started tidying the counter. They would be open for a couple more hours, and she liked to keep the place looking good.

Joyce grinned. “He might be gorgeous, but he could be horrible, grumpy, snore, or something. Maybe he’s bought the flowers to say sorry for something he did such as...” She stopped talking as two customers came through the door.

Alice greeted them.
